Rahaf Alajlani, Director
Rahaf served as a Lead Teacher in the Primary classroom. She was born in Syria and has a teenage daughter. Rahaf has a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education from the North American Montessori Center, USA.

She joined IM Schools in 2015 and is currently studying to obtain her Certificate in Early Childhood Education from the Montessori Institute for Teacher Education. Previously she had worked as a mental math teacher in KSA and enjoys drawing and doing jigsaw puzzles in her spare time.

Shaimaa attended the Princeton Center for Teacher Education and has 10 years of experience in the Montessori classroom. She joined our Malvern site in September 2016. She loves creating new works and her favorite subject is Math. She also works with our third year students in the afternoon. In her free time, she enjoys baking and spending time with her family.

Hui joined IMSchools in 2004 and came to the Malvern site in September 2010 as a pre-primary assistant teacher. She is now the lead teacher in our infant room, and continues to get great satisfaction from teaching Chinese lessons to our primary and pre-primary classes. Ms. Hui received her B.S. from Northeast Normal University in the People’s Republic of China. She was a high school geography teacher in China for seven years before immigrating to the United States. Ms. Hui loves working and bonding with children, and has a natural intuition with infants. Her calm and loving demeanor translates into creating an environment in which all infants can thrive.

Lisa Ridley Hunter, Yoga Instructor
Ms. Lisa joined IM Schools in 2007 and has worked as both a yoga teacher and as an assistant teacher at three IM Schools location. She is originally from the United Kingdom, but has lived in the US for many years. Prior to moving to the USA, Ms. Lisa lived in Saudi Arabia where she taught in an Embassy school. Ms. Lisa holds her Montessori Certification from the North American Montessori Center and currently teaches Yoga at the Paoli, Great Valley and Malvern locations.
